Bodyblade workoutsThis Bodyblade review covers everything you may want to know about the device to see if it’s worth buying.

Bodyblade workouts are gaining in popularity, but they’re not new.

Invented thirty years ago by American physical therapist Bruce Hymanson, the Bodyblade works on vibration and inertia technology, contracting your muscles up to 270 times a minute.

Excellent for improving fitness, many people in the health and fitness field consider it one of the best rehabilitation and sports performance training devices one can use.

Resembling a stringless bow, Bodyblades come in three different lengths ranging from approximately 3 1/2 feet to 5 feet.

Made of carbon fiber, they are light, weighing between 1 1/4 lbs and slightly over 2 1/2 lbs.

The best one for you will vary depending on your gender, height, level of fitness, and your purpose for using it, be that to improve your general health, rehabilitate from injury, or boost your sporting performance.

This Bodyblade review will look at the Bodyblade Classic Kit, the Bodyblade CXT Kit, and the Bodyblade Pro Kit.

We will also discuss how to use the apparatus, Bodyblade workouts, and more to help you decide if this unique fitness aid will be right for you.

How Does Bodyblade Work?

Bodyblade workouts create dynamic resistance through basic physics.  Using the device involves holding it in the center, then shaking it quickly.

The blade will oscillate, and your muscles will contract to keep you balanced and control the movement and speed.

The more you push and pull on the blade, the greater the oscillation or flex.

Are Bodyblade Workouts Difficult?

The consensus is that Bodyblade workouts are fun and that they can be as challenging as you want to make them.

Shorter in length and therefore easier to control, the Bodyblade Classic and the Bodyblade CXT are easier to use than the Bodyblade Pro.

Whichever blade you choose, the more you flex it, the more challenging the workout will be.

Following are 3 tips to help you to get the most from your Bodyblade.Bodyblade workouts

1. Frequency

Use the Bodyblade at least 3–5 times a week for the best result.

2. Intensity

When your strength improves, hold the Bodyblade further away from you as you use it.  This will increase leverage and resistance.

3. Duration

When you’re starting out, spend about 45 to 60 seconds on each exercise.  As you become used to the moves, spend longer doing each.

The Bodyblade exerciser is a valuable fitness aid for anyone looking to improve their upper body and core strength.

You will also get a total body workout by doing the Super 6 Exercises outlined in the DVD.

The blades adapt to the individual exercisers’ size and strength, ensuring stress-free, low-impact workouts.
