What is the Style of the Chalene Johnson PiYo DVD?
Chalene leads the workouts, with three other trainers also demonstrating the sequences. While the program isn’t as intense as some, if you are new to exercising and find it hard to keep up, follow along with the modifier who shows an easier version of the moves.
