Pound Rockout Results System Vibe
Each 2 to 4-minute long song you will be exercising to has been picked to synchronize perfectly with the moves. You will be having so much fun; you won’t realize just how many reps you’ve done.
During each 45-minute Pound exercise class, you will do as many as 15,000 reps, more than 30 extended interval peaks, and 70 different techniques.

Pound Rockout Results System Workout Overview
The Pound Rockout Results Systems DVD contains nine total body workouts that will quickly elevate your heart rate and have you sweating. These include 4 x 30 minute Pound classes, 4 x interval challenges, and a 45-minute “live” class. All will elevate your heart rate and quickly have you sweating. The workouts start with a 5-minute Warm-Up and a 5-Minute Cool-Down, making them 30 minutes long in total. Each provides a full-body workout.
The workouts are broken down into 4 x 5-minute segments containing different moves, with each segment being one song track long. Every five minutes the song and the drum rhythm changes, along with the moves. Muscle groups targeted include those of the lower body, the upper body, and the abs and core. One of the workouts is cardio-based, targeting the entire body.
Next, we will look at the four main Pound Rockout Results System DVD workouts.
When doing Bass Line, you will be striking the ground a lot with your Ripstix®. You will be in an almost constant Sumo Squat or Plie position, and you will also be doing Lunges.
The workout is easy to follow but very challenging. Your legs will burn within 5 minutes of starting, and continue to do so throughout. Focusing on the music, the rhythm, and the noise of your sticks hitting the ground will help you get through it.
Tune Up targets the entire upper body with a particular emphasis on the upper back and triceps. Surprisingly, the added weight of the Ripstix® doesn’t make the workout difficult, but you can expect your muscles to feel a bit sore the next day.
Core and Abs:
Core and Abs features Russian Twists, Oblique Crunches, and Earthquakes, among other moves, plus lots of hitting the sticks together and on the ground. As with Tune Up, the workout feels quite comfortable, but the next day your abs, core, and obliques will be protesting.
Cardio combines each of the other three workouts, with a few extra moves. The workout is customizable to suit the individual’s fitness level, with a modifier demonstrating an easier version. Advanced exercisers can go harder and pick up the pace.
