This article looks at the Yoga Burn program that was created for women who want to improve their health and physique and feel more relaxed.
Yoga is a gentle form of exercise that has been around for centuries. Offering far more than just physical benefits, regular sessions also calm the mind and impart a sense of well-being.
The practice also offers an effective means of building strength and muscle definition and improving flexibility. And, over time, when combined with the right diet, it will enable you to shed your excess pounds and lower your body fat percentage.
Most yoga videos and classes cater to both men and women. I’ve bought such videos and attended mixed classes and have nothing but praise for them. However, when it comes to toning up, males and females have different “problem areas.”
This is where Yoga Burn for women can help females who want to experience the mind and soul benefits of yoga, and reduce their waistline, hips, thighs, and lift their buttocks at the same time. This makes the program an excellent option if you love the way yoga makes you feel, but you don’t have the time to also do muscle toning exercises.
Formulated by personal trainer Zoe Bray-Cotton, Yoga Burn is available as a digital download for people who want immediate access via their cell phone, tablet, computer, or other electronic devices. It also comes as a DVD set. And, there’s the option of buying a second copy of the program to have as a backup or to give to a friend.
Yoga Burn is sold through Clickbank, a reputable online retailer that has been around since 2003. The company uses a secure socket layer with 129-bit encryption, so if you decide to purchase the program, you can do so knowing your credit card details will be safe.
I am currently doing the Figure 8 Fitness Workout, so I haven’t yet undertaken the program. However, after researching it, I’ve decided to give it a try. To be honest, I was in two minds after reading mixed Yoga Burn reviews. While the program has a lot of 5-star ratings, it also has its fair share of 1-star ratings. The latter is mainly due to customers accidentally signing up for add-ons that they don’t want. (There’s more on this in my overview below.)
Keep reading to find out everything you may want to know about the course, including an overview, and what people who left negative Yoga Burn reviews had to say. I will also outline the program’s three phases, the bonuses you will receive, the pros, the cons, and more.
Whom Does it Suit?
The Yoga Burn Fitness System for women best suits new and intermediate female yogis; however, anyone can benefit from it.
According to its creator, the workouts are gentle enough for pregnant women. However, not all of the moves are low-impact, with some being medium-impact. These could be excluded or modified if you have joint problems.
It would be an excellent choice if you want to nip in your waistline, flatten your belly, lift your buttocks, and streamline your thighs.
While aimed at women, there’s no reason that men can’t also do the program.
NB: If you are pregnant, check with your doctor before undertaking this, or any new fitness program.
Yoga Burn Program Overview
Yoga Burn is an efficient and easy-to-follow 12-week program based on Dynamic Sequencing. This system teaches you the basics of each posture, then guides you safely through increasingly difficult poses. During this process, you will feel great, improve your strength and flexibility, tone your muscles, and ultimately lose weight.
The sequences are done using the correct form in a designated order for a set duration. Each session builds on the last, significantly decreasing the likelihood of a fitness plateau.
Sessions are customizable to the participants’ current fitness level and goals. This customization can be the difference between becoming discouraged and giving up, or completing the program.
The pace is faster than that of traditional yoga – you may even break a sweat – so yoga novices may want to watch a run-through rather than dive straight in. Modified versions of the poses are demonstrated, so you will never have to work at a level that is beyond your ability.
Results will come from doing 3 x 45-minute sessions per week on alternate days, plus 1 Tranquility Flow Class, which comes on a bonus DVD. Taking a brisk walk on two of your workout-free days is optional, but it will help to speed up weight loss.
There are three phases, each of which is four weeks long.
Also included is a quick-start class that will teach you the basics, plus 20 detailed tutorials that demonstrate the poses.
Something to be aware of is that there are a number of upsells. If these don’t interest you, be sure to click the “No Thanks” link below the offers. Failing to do so could result in you being charged for products you don’t want.
If you are not completely happy with the program, the creator will refund your money, with no questions asked.
Next, in this Yoga Burn review, we will look at the three phrases.
The phases are as follows:
Phase 1 – Foundational Flow Phase:
Phase 1 aims to build a strong yoga foundation through poses that improve flexibility and boost metabolism. You will also learn the correct breathing techniques, and how to minimize the risk of injury.
Phase 2 – Transitional Flow Phase:
Phase 2 steps things up a notch, with the poses you do being more challenging.
Your flexibility and strength will continue to improve as you move smoothly between postures, and your calorie burn will be higher. You will also start to see better muscle definition as your body becomes leaner.
Phase 3 – Mastery Flow Phase:
By the time you reach phase 3 of the Yoga Burn Fitness System for women, you will be undertaking the postures that you have learned with ease. Your physical transformation will be very evident, and you will be mastering more advanced yoga postures.
When you purchase Yoga Burn for women, you will receive some free bonuses.
Included is a Tranquility Flow Class that promotes stress relief.
You will receive a 1-month free trial to Yoga Burn Monthly. This set of DVDs will familiarize you with several different yoga styles, including Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Kundalini, and Restorative. If you don’t wish to receive further issues, be sure to cancel your subscription during the first month. If you don’t do this, you will be charged.
You’ll also get MP3 audio versions of the program.
Free access to Immersion Community is provided. This female-only community enables you to communicate with other program participants and get support and coaching calls.
You will also have the option of buying a second copy of the program for a reduced price.
Next, in this Yoga Burn review, we will look at its pros, then its cons.
- The Yoga Burn program is easy to follow and suitable for all but very advanced practitioners
- It targets muscle groups that most women want to tone and reduce
- If you take in fewer calories, you will also lose weight as you experience the other benefits of yoga
- The classes offer plenty of variety and they are enjoyable to do
- Being primarily low-impact, the course may even suit pregnant women and people with joint issues, but check with your doctor first
- The course comes in three formats, including a digital download, MP3 audio, and physical DVDs
- Included are several bonuses that will enhance your results
- The program comes with a 60-day return policy, so if you are not completely satisfied, your money will be refunded
- To lose weight, you will also need to modify your diet, but this is the case with most fitness programs
- The postures aren’t sufficiently advanced to accommodate experienced yogis
- While each Yoga Burn for women class is approximately 45 minutes long, the DVDs are 15 minutes each, so you will need to repeat them three times
- If you want to return the program for a refund and you have purchased the DVD version, you will need to pay for the postage
- There are a number of upsells that you could accidentally sign up for if you’re not careful, so be sure to read the fine print
Yoga Burn Program Summary
If you want to tone your trouble spots and improve your fitness without doing high-impact workouts, the Yoga Burn for women system could be just what you’re looking for. The course is laid out in a way that will take you from beginner level to intermediate with ease.
Negative Yoga Burn reviews can largely be attributed to buyers inadvertently electing to purchase upsells, so keep an eye out for that, and be sure to tick the “no thanks” box where appropriate. This will save you the hassle of having to return items that you don’t want. Most reviewers who found themselves in this situation stated that they liked the program itself.
If you commit to the program, along with feeling calmer, you will be stronger and more flexible and have better muscle definition. To lose weight, you will also need to modify your diet. Getting in some cardio exercise a couple of times a week will further speed up the process. All of this is outlined in the course, which you can check out by clicking on the link below.
