I am currently doing the Figure 8 Fitness Workout, so I haven’t yet undertaken the program. However, after researching it, I’ve decided to give it a try.
To be honest, I was in two minds after reading mixed Yoga Burn reviews. While the program has a lot of 5-star ratings, it also has its fair share of 1-star ratings. The sequences are done in a designated order. Each session builds on the last, significantly decreasing the likelihood of a fitness plateau.
